  • Orders are not processed on:
    • Weekends
    • Public holidays
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended

We partner with reliable courier services across South Africa.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 8-12 business days
  • Outlying areas: 8-12 business days

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Location
    • Package size/weight
  • We may offer free shipping promotions, subject to terms

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
  • It is your responsibility to monitor delivery progress

6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete
  • Purevia is not responsible for:

    • Failed deliveries due to absence

If a parcel is returned to us:

  • You may be required to pay re-delivery fees

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
